1. Check-in time is from 15:00 - 22:30 PM 

2. Reception services are available from 07:00 - 22:30. If arriving after 22:30, please inform us in advance and we will assist you with self check-in.

3. Check-out time is at 11:00 Am. An additional fee of 100nt/hour will be charged if you wish to extend check-out time one to two hours depending on occupancy.

4. To maintain the quality of everyone's stay there are no pets allowed in the hostel.

5. Identification must presented upon check-in. Those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a guardian or have parental consent to check-in with us. Parental consent form must be signed before check-in. Forms available upon request.

6. If a room key is lost or damaged, an additional charge of 300nt will be charged for a replacement key card.

7. Rooms are reserved and assigned according to the number of guest on your reservation form. If you wish to add an another guest, please register at the front desk before setting into the guestroom.

8. Any violation of the law will be investigated by law enforcement. For example: smoking, illegal drug use, theft etc. is prohibited and strictly enforced.

9. Please treat our facilities with care and respect. Do not move equipment or furniture without permission. If Norden Ruder property is damaged or stolen, monetary compensation will be charged to your bill.

10. To cancel a reservation date for personal reasons, please inform us 7 days in advance. We can hold on to your reservation for 6 months. You may change the check-in date once and defer up to 6 months, but any further changes or deferment will result in cancellation without refund.

11. According to official booking website cancellation policy, the following terms apply in accordance with your reserved date of arrival.
     * Cancellation on the date of check-in - no refund of deposit.
     * Cancellation 1-2 days before check-in date - 50% return of deposit.
     * Cancellation 3 days before check-in date 100% refund  of deposit.

12. In the unlikelihood of a natural disaster such as typhoon or earthquake, we can reserve your booking for up to 6 months or provide you with a full refund. This type of deferment/refund is regulated by and subject to Taiwan government issued announcements according to the city/county in which the hotel is located.
