Check-in Guidlines


Check-in Guidelines:
Before making a reservation, please read the following carefully to safeguard your rights and those of other guests:
  1. Upon check-in, identification confirmation is required. Individuals under the age of 18 cannot register for check-in unless accompanied by a guardian or with a signed parental consent form as proof of stay. Attached: Parental Consent Form for Minors.
  2. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 10:30 PM. (Luggage storage is available from 7:00 AM onwards)
  3. Front desk service hours are from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM. If you plan to check-in after 10:30 PM, please inform us in advance, and we will assist you with self-check-in.
  4. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM. If you need to delay your check-out, a fee will be charged for every hour of delay: Single room - $100 per hour, Double room - $200 per hour, Triple room - $300 per hour, Quad room - $400 per hour. Late check-out is not allowed beyond 1:00 PM.
  5. To maintain the quality of accommodation, pets are not allowed. We appreciate your understanding if this causes any inconvenience.
  6. Our establishment is a youth hostel, and many spaces are designed for adults, making it less suitable for children under 7 years old.
  7. Additional beds are not available for any room type throughout the facility.
  8. For guests using national travel cards, reservations can be made directly on the official website. During check-in, the front desk staff will assist you in processing the full amount using the national travel card.
  9. If a room key is lost or damaged, a fee of NT$300 will be charged for each replacement.
  10. Please register at the front desk according to the number of people in your reservation. If additional guests are joining, inform the front desk in advance.
  11. The entire premises are smoke-free, and any illegal activities such as gambling, drug use, or theft are strictly prohibited. Smoking incurs a cleaning fee equivalent to twice the room rate for the day. Thank you for your cooperation.
  12. Please take care of our space and equipment; do not damage or take equipment and items without permission. In case of damage, we will seek compensation based on the relevant prices.
  13. If you cannot check-in as scheduled due to personal reasons, please inform us within 2 days of accommodation. According to point 14, cancellation fees will be waived, and reservation fees can be extended within 3 months. Contact the reservations department promptly. (To protect the rights of other guests, only one extension is allowed, and subsequent requests will result in full charges)
  14. On the day of accommodation, in the event of force majeure factors such as typhoons or earthquakes (based on the announcement of the local government), the full room rate is refundable.
  1. After 11:00 PM, a nighttime service fee of NT$100/30 minutes (billed in 30-minute increments) will be charged upon check-out the next day.
Deposit and Room Charges:
Credit card information is for guarantee purposes only, and no charges will be made at the time of booking.
Room charges will be collected upon check-in and can be settled with either credit cards or cash.
The room rate already includes a service fee.

Cancellation Policy:
1. Cancellation 3 days before check-in: No cancellation fee
2. Cancellation 1-2 days before check-in: 50% of the room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee
3. Cancellation on the day of check-in or no-show: The full room rate will be charged as a cancellation fee
